What kind of warranty does Doormax offer?Doormax products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from installation. Extended warranties are also available with maintenance agreements in place.

What is the Timing and Lead Times?Most projects can be manufactured in less than 6 weeks, some take longer than this is due to configurations, finishes and the size of the job so please review your timeline in detail with your Doormax project manager so we can ensure that expectations are clearly understood by all.

What are the types of panel options & finishes?Panel options can vary from product to product and may be available in either solid or glass or a combination of both. Solid panels come in various fabrics and finishes that are either supplied by the manufacturer or can be customized. Customer-own-material (COM) will still need to be approved by the manufacturer.
